Farmer's Market

This is like the best time of year for farmer's markets and I have been craving peaches like nobody's business so naturally on Saturday morning I insisted we procure some farmery peaches from the Provo Farmer's Market.

I do think Provo is a pretty cute town, but I have to say, the farmer's market was a little wimpier than I had expected.  It was still a really nice Saturday morning.

The important thing is I got what I came for.
PEACHES!

Ok seriously, all the cash we had was $6 and it just so happens that the Boy Scouts were selling 1/4 bushel of peaches for $6.  Apparently, this is what 1/4 bushel of peaches looks like (minus 2 we ate before we got home).  I couldn't believe it!  They weren't the most amazing peaches ever, but they definitely hit the spot.  And for $6?  I'm totally going back.

We also took some time to play on the playground near the farmer's market.

It was a Boise State game day, in case you couldn't tell.

I think peach season left with the month of Aug, because before they were juicy and delicious and now they are just ok
