Kourtney: Kyle, two of my coworkers are really sick and it might be the swine flu!
Kyle: What happens if you get it too?
Kourtney: ..... what do you mean?
Kyle: Well, should I go stay with someone or something?
Kourtney: (dramatic pause and blank stare) You wouldn't want to stay with me? You're the one who had the vaccine!
Kyle: Oh... (chuckles nervously)
Kourtney: ?
