Seth sleeps well at night but does horrible during the day and I kind of have a hard time with the whole crying it out thing. We need to get on a better schedule during the day (I tend to cuddle with seth in the morning so I can sleep longer) but I think that is making it worse. Anyway, I am so glad she is doing better and I will be using some of your ideas also!mrsmonjehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05249870045212145499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8037868411250365497.post-54848971471856215912011-12-15T22:59:30.061-07:002011-12-15T22:59:30.061-07:00I need sleep training.I need sleep training.vickyjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06500476293463586847noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8037868411250365497.post-56808353758648871042011-12-15T22:45:40.887-07:002011-12-15T22:45:40.887-07:00You probably don't want any more input but I&#...You probably don't want any more input but I'm going to tell you anyway what worked for us, after he's been awake for about 2 hours he is usually ready for a nap, he rubs his eyes or yawns and we swaddle him arms down and rush him to his bed, if we catch his signs he rarely cries and if he does not for long, he likes to look around flip onto his tummy and konk out, he does tend to go longer in the afternoon and his last nap is usually a quick power nap, but it sounds like you have a good thing going so good job if this helps great otherwise just ignore this!It Started With a Winkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07546990956693793794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8037868411250365497.post-68453319718650338912011-12-15T21:25:53.803-07:002011-12-15T21:25:53.803-07:00Yay for your success! We started some form of it around 6 weeks, and Devin cried before going to sleep until about 5 months, but the duration got shorter and shorter. There were times he would regress a little, but he's such a great sleeper, even now. It's totally worth having a well-rested child, especially as they get older because they're so much more fun when they're not overtired. Good luck!Rich and Briannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09690990922995687868noreply@blogger.com
